There were 4 segments to the interview. First I met with the recruiter, then the project manager, then had a two-person intervview. In the interim, I did an hour-long editing assessment that I think I did pretty well with. At the end of the last interview they said they wanted to interview at least 15 more people. It felt like I put in a lot of time just to get a rejection email from the recruiter a few weeks later.
