I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at mywedding (Castle Rock, CO) in Apr 2016
Interview
In the phone interview they emphasized that it was an account management and consultative sales position. It really is a call center with management that have minimal skill set for training or support. Too bad, company looked like it has potential.

Interview
False advertising for earning potential even when i asked directly. Felt like my interview for my college sorority than an actual job. Over the phone interview with HR, then one in person with the usual"sell me this pen" question. Laughable. I had big hopes goig in, but once training and the real deal started the flaws were quickly exposed. If you have been in sales, ask in depth questions dont let them sale you. Keep in mind the client bc they arw your book of business.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at mywedding
Interview
it was a 3 step process phone, person, or person/phone. Whichever one was more convenient. The first in person interview is done with a group of people and 1-2 sales managers. Then they have you sell the other applicants to them in a timed 1 minute fashion. They give you a tour of the office space and it is a very nice office, 3 people to a cubicle for those in sales.
