Really good first impression, it was a typical HR call, but done in a good way. - Video interview with 2 team managers and the same HR representative. Intimidating at first, the interviewers were friendly as well and the interview had a relaxed feel to it. Soft skills discussion, techincal questions and such were the content of that interview The transparence of the process was good and the HR representative really did a great job.
