I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at opendorse in Jul 2022
Interview
Quick & straightforward interview process. I chatted w/ an HR person and then the VP overseeing sales. Their questions were thorough but fair as long as you come prepared. Much of the interview was focused on "want" ie explaining why you wanted to work there and showing what you knew about the company. Not the easiest interview I've ever had but not the worst either.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at opendorse (Lincoln, NE) in Aug 2017
Interview
It was a three step process:
1. The initial application and Follow up questions
2. Project
3. In person interview
Overall, the initial questions were pretty straightforward. The project was based on the articles that are posted on the site that highlight key athlete engagement. The in person interview was just your basic strengths, weaknesses, challenges and work preferences with mixes of their own testers to see if you fit the work environment.

Question 1
Would you rather do a project quickly and not check for mistakes in order to meet a deadline or make sure everything is perfect and miss the deadline?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at opendorse (Lincoln, NE) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was a project, then in person interview. The interviewer made the conversation very comfortable and beneficial. I learned a lot about the company and left feeling excited about the opportunity. The laid-back/relaxed environment was desirable. The process was quick and I understood where I stood.
