I was first contacted by HR and did not hear back for scheduling after about a month or so. Once we spoke I moved on to the next part of the process by speaking with the head of the department. I did not hear back for another 3-4 weeks, when i reached out he told me he gave HR the thumbs up for an in-person interview. Another few weeks went by with no contact. This same process continued the next time they contacted me without any sympathy. They need to get their act together if they want to succeed as a company.
