Also managing people came up several times, I had to provide quite a bit of information on my strengths and development areas so be prepared for that part and evaluate yourself. They are essentially looking for fit. Experience around business strategy and achieving set financial goals was also a priority.
I was not surprised by any of the questions. Just asked the standard about different scenarios and how you handled them
