plista interview questions

The recruitment process took almost 4 weeks. After the first call with the recruiter over the phone, I had my first round with HR and Department Head. We had a good conversation and I expressed my expectation. Suddenly, after two days I got a call from HR and offer 30% less salary which could be a beginner slab. I reconfirmed that there is no other round that they would like to conduct for evaluation --Answer was 'We have decided'.This surprised me, I asked for a day to decide and confirm. Next week, when I started approaching. They stopped responding to my call and emails. After 2 weeks of follow-up when I was ready to accept the offer, she told me to have 2 more interview rounds......I wanted to see where it goes and did not reject the offer. Next round, a project was given to me. I invested time in it but Plista interview did not turn up---HR informed me that you are lucky, let's have a final round....3 People took my final round and were literally looking for an opportunity to reject. Finally, HR called me a day after and said NO. I am investing my time to share this experience with others, please do not get into any trap and be treated as an option. They do not value your time. Lack of culture and professionalism.

I applied via email after seeing the job listing on Linkedin. I had the first call with HR, then a second video interview call with HR and the Senior International Business Development Manager. After this I had to do a home test, and then I had a final interview call with HR, th senior IBD manager and the Global Vice President Advertiser Sales where I had to present my home test. The test was challenging for me, and while the interviewers were very nice it was obvious that I wasn't perfect for the role. A week later I was informed of the rejection via email. Overall, the interview process was good and I feel like they made the right decision. During the home-test and the interview process, I too realised that I wouldn't be a good fit for this role.
