Not too bad. Basic in person interview and then call with regional manager. Overall pretty easy and straightforward. Understand KPI metrics. Look presentable. Say you want to be in retail longterm- looking for retention
First a phone call from the assistant manager and then an in person interview with the store manager. Both were easy and comfortable. Both managers were very kind. It felt like talking to old friends.
Easy interview, only one round. Basic retail management questions. There weren’t any random scenarios they gave which I loved and thought was refreshing. Looking back it may have been an easy interview because they wanted to fill the position quickly.
