Very straightforward interview process. Nothing very technical was involved. The overall process was quick, which was great. Only talked to 2-3 different people in the organization. The offer was far below market value, so I declined. I also had concerns about the culture.

Asked some very personal questions. Also asked how "competitive" I was on a scale of 1-10. Made it seem like they have a chaotic internal culture. Just look at what their CEO posts on LinkedIn.
