One to one interview, quick and straightforward with a nice balance of formal/informal. Asked questions about experience and knowledge of the business background. Didn’t feel pressured at all and was easily understood answering questions unsure about.

Interview
Group interview of around 10 people. Activity based, one activity was to write and/or draw 6 things important to you e.g. family, pets. Just be as bubbly and talkative as you can as you can tell they look more at your character than experience and stuff.
Group Interview, very relaxed and friendly. Some parts of the interview were with the big group and some parts with a small section of you. Only the application and the one interview before job offer.
