simpleshow Business Development Representative (BDR) interview questions

Lengthy assessments for hiring process. Had to complete both a written one, about 2 hrs worth of work, and a cold-call role play for the 3rd interview with them. Had no reason to not be extended an offer after successfully completing all these requirements. Wasted a ton of my time, more than any prospective employer, and provided a generic rejection email. I responded politely asking for feedback of what potential shortcomings didn't get me an offer and was ghosted.
