Good but the checking process was not justified and transparent , it was good through out the process but the communication between the candidate and the requriter was a bit less that can be improved and other than this all was fine enough to work

I was interviewed at Skit.ai for the Finance Manager position. The company is absolute scam. I was approached by recruiter Niyaz Ansari. I attended 5 rounds of interview here, including in office meeting and CEO round of interview. All things were good. Later, they wanted me to share 3 levels of CEO or Founder level contacts for references. Post that, there was no update from the recruiter. I kept following up but was only provided with fake updates. Later, I am informed that the company did not go ahead with my profile since the reference check feedback was average. This is shocking. If you want to recruit candidates based on reference checks, then there is no point in making us go through so many rounds of interviews. The CEO and the interviewing panel should have trust on their own capability while hiring candidates. If you need to rely on reference checks for hiring, then I doubt your credibility. Absolutely disgusting experience attending interview here. Avoid joining such a bogus company. The negative reviews about the company are all over glassdoor and my experience is nothing different.
