I applied through university. I interviewed at tabby (Riyadh) in Mar 2026
Interview
Rigorous 7 step process, you apply through the career portal but their very responsive and actually care about whats on your cv, they also ask for a 3 minute video of a few questions before moving on with technical interviewing
I applied for this position over two years ago when Tabby had external HR support that was quite professional. I successfully passed three rounds of interviews, including the technical assessment, but withdrew my application because I received an offer from another company.
Two years later, when I was ready to explore new opportunities, I decided to reapply. However, the internal HR team rejected me without providing any explanation. Frustrated by the lack of transparency, I reached out to the hiring team lead on LinkedIn to discuss my situation. This prompted HR to schedule a call with me, during which they asked me to resend the technical assessment I had completed two years prior. Despite passing the technical round previously, they rejected me again without clear reasoning, and they never responded to my request for feedback.
What's particularly frustrating is that I successfully completed the technical round before, yet I apparently can't pass it now. I've also noticed they continue to post this role regularly, which makes me wonder what changed on their end. This whole experience has left me with a disappointing impression of their hiring process.
1 HR interview and 1 Technical interview. The whole process was extremely fast and professional. No home assignment, respectful interviewer. Would be great if every company had process like theirs.
