I applied online (LK). After 4 days , I got an email to book the first interview - super fast and efficient! ▪️First interview- I met Catarina, from Talent Acquisition team. What a lovely person! Profissional and human-oriented. Was a screening interview, during 30min, and everything was well explained (company info, values, benefits and policies, and what is going to be the next steps). ▪️Second interview- 1 week after my first interview, I got my second one, where I met Sara and Veronica for technical questions. In a kind and precise way, I got evaluated for my skills and how do I operate facing challenges and/or issues that could happened. We end the interview with a smile in our faces, which made me want to belong to the team even MORE! ▪️ Third interview - Again, 1 week after, my final interview came with the manager of this role, Mona. During 1h, I got to know who she is, the company future achievements and challenges, then was about me, my goals, my inspirations. Felt listened, and comfortable to share "me". In end, my feedback is: this company cares about the person coming and staying in. Is not only about your skills and how you will contribute/impact, which is important but also how you will fit in, how you feel. Recommend!
