Aptitude Test. (Hard)
Group Discussions
Case Study
HR Round.
The Aptitude level were better than most of the companies that do recruitment in private colleges. The Group Discussions were also manageable. You have to be smart for Case Study round. The interviewer may ask you most weirdest yet logical questions. The HR round is not that important as the recruiter most probably has made his/her mind.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at tbits (Hyderābād)
Interview
The hiring process was excellent. First round is a written test. The written test had communication and aptitude parts. The former was difficult. The second round was group discussion. This group discussion lasted for one hour for a group of six people. The third round is again a group discussion for one hour but among twelve selected members. The topics in the discussion were very general and easy. Fourth and fifth rounds were interviews. Fourth was conducted at the placement center, fifth was conducted in their office. Both the interviews lasted an hour.
