There are two stages, the first stage you would meet with the HR panel, there they would be asking you about your background and how it fits the job role, so you'd basically be running them through your CV and your skillset. Before the second stage, you'd be asked to sign up as a freelancer on the terawork platform as an exercise to be submitted before the second and final stage. The second and final stage is with the MD himself, he would ask you practical questions like; if you had a lot of work to do and it felt overwhelming how would you handle it? Or if there was a difficult tech talent that isn't picking your calls and you've been asked to get him onboard by all means how would you handle the situation. Then regarding the exercise, he would ask your review on the onboarding process to sign on as a freelancer on the terawork website.
