Professional. The hiring manager is professional yet a little inexperienced. He was an expat from the Lego HQ and has a strong opinion on Lego's operation. It is very difficult to get any job offer if the hiring manager is younger than the Job description required years of experience.

Thorough and fun! All the interviewers, recruiters as your bosses, are so kind. After sending my resume and cover letter, I was interviewed by a senior recruiter. Afterwards I had a normal job interview with two FBPs and lastly a case-based interview with three FBPs. Apart from being very good at their job, they make the experience very comfortable. I got the job, so I may be biased, because it is a lot of work if I hadn't.
