I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Dubai) in Dec 2020
Interview
The process was initiated by a member of the HR team. As first point of contact, they set the base of Lego values/culture & current business performance to build assurance of reliability.
Then an interview with the GM to discuss potential role & current employment history to gauge fit. Followed by case based questions around the frameworks of both hard & soft skills.
Final stage was a case study with first half being Lego values & potential achievements in 90 days. Second half being a technical case study on role.

Question 1
-Assuming there are 1 million people, how many household cars would you estimate?
Started by sending in my resume, a recruiter reached out to me and sent me a link for a virtual self interview (where I answered the questions ask with a video of myself and there was a writing portion). After being approved for the next step it was an in person interview that was a few parts (get to know the company, question, writing portion, creativity portion and then a final interview).

Question 1
What skill and experiences could you bring to this position?
I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Slough, Berkshire, South East England, England)
Interview
You Have three steps! It is more of a personality test than company knowledge test, they just want to see if you're a good fit for the role! I usually hate when people say that but with Lego honestly you just gotta be yourself!
It was okay and fast. There is also a writen part, where you have to write emails in different languages. In general, it is a fair one, but not ended up getting the job.
