I applied via lego.com (career portal). One week later, HR consultant invited me to screening interview. From there, the process was as follows:
1. Screening interview with HR consultant. 30 mins. (broad personality/career topics)
2. Follow-up interview with people leader and team leader. 60 mins. (my working style, qualifications, etc.)
3. Final interview with HR consultant, people leader, team leader and team member. 90 minutes. (incl. case presentation)
4. People leader reached out with job offer, salary offer, etc.
5. Sign contract, etc.
