I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (London, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
Three stage interview process
1: Short Screening interview with HR to discuss motivation and suitability for role, which followed a informal coffee with the recruiting manager to discuss the role in detail, very informal and friendly, the recruitment team really made you feel at ease.
2: Behavioural and technical interview, held over Teams, with the hiring manager and technical experts, fairly short and to the point. It felt like the recruitment team were interested in your capability and skills, and not trying to catch you out on technicalities
3: 20 Minute technical presentation on a use case provided by the business. Again in front of a panel of experts. The focus seemed to be on getting the best out of the interviewee as opposed to putting him under pressure.
After each round, constructive and prompt feedback was given (within 24 hours) and at the end of the third round feedback was scheduled when both feedback and an offer was made.
Regardless of the role, the recruitment process at Lego has been the most pleasant and supportive one I have ever been involved in. They go out of their way to make you feel respected and valuable, and everyone seemed to be genuinely interested in getting the best out of you. Cannot recommend it enough.
I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
Was a bit chaotic, especially in the ending. Sadly ended up as silve medalist but it felt really bitter due to the process where they forgot to reach out after case.
