In-person meeting with Shop Manager and someone from Head Office, in quite a relaxed atmosphere. Straight forward interview questions, right to work check and filling in a form of availability for shift work.

I don't remember the actual question (it's been a few months) but when I asked for clarification it was "this is your opportunity to sell yourself"
Everyone there was very welcoming and relaxed, easy to talk to. Overall very friendly atmosphere. Asked around six questions, had the manager and assistant manager present for the interview too.

Really enjoyable interview process. The management team was great and explained the role, duties, expectations, and salary in detail. Was very impressed by their professionalism and care towards their employees
Usual interview questions then selling a set and identifying needs of mock client to try sell a set. Had online screening questions initially that were fairly easy. Received callback for interview on same day that wanted to conduct interview
