The process took a bit too much time but all hiring personnel was very friendly and treated me with professional approach. Only thing I see as not good was, that I haven´t receive any written confirmation of hiring and the job proposal. I only had the info from my manger through phone.

1 online with team members where they ask questions to assess how you fit the job
1 in person study case. The Case is provided in advance so you can prepare a presentation. It has to do with the role you are applying for, which is great since you get the chance of showing your knowledge applied to the real need of the team.

Very professional. Not only was the in-person interview professional but also the virtual meetings with both the recruiting manager and the employee manager. The In-person interview was strengthen with use of case study to be presented on the in person interview. Very engaging interview and presenting Lego in a good way.
