Interview process was pleasant with the progress being properly communicated throughout the whole interview process. A total of 3 rounds of interviews mostly asking about previous experiences in this role, stakeholder management skills, and several culture fit questions

1. Initial phone screening with the recruiter with general questions about background and experience 2. Video panel interview with the hiring manager and his team to understand specific qualifications and gauge personality/culture fit 3. Second panel interview with the hiring manager/team to present a case study outlining a typical conflict scenario for the position
