Which is the most complicated part of this process? What would you do to tackle this part of the process?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Sept 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 steps. - A schedule half hour online interview with an HR employee - A one hour interview at HQ in Billund with a people leader and team lead - A one hour online interview that included preparing and presenting a job-related case to an HR employee and the team lead. I received the case 3 days prior to the interview, and it was about 10 minutes of presenting, followed by 15-20 minutes of related questions.
