I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2023
Interview
A long and drawn out process where each step seems to be made to take longer than the last. Expect a minimum of two weeks between each interview. You should also expect their recruitment team to be incompetent and misunderstand your every word. If presented with a case in third interview and you're told to not work too hard on it, they don't mean that. They expect you spend at least three working days on the problem. The more polish the better.
one round of HR (around lego, your experience just normail stuffs), take home assignment - code exercise , discussion around the assignement, then team fit with three people, overrall it's good, but no offer.

Interview
Short interviews. Focused on cultural fit. Tests related to ability to perform job description and personality, and peer interviews to get to see if you would work well with those people
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Feb 2025
Interview
Half an hour interview with a very nice recuiter (that was engineer previously, so we could go into deeper disscations).
Then technical interview where we discussed my background. Again nice people with positive attitude.
Then home task that I've been told should take no more than 8 hours :), tbh, I consider to quit the process :o
Then last interview is the toughest one, where I presented my presentation on the solution of the home task, and was being questioned about it.
All along the way all the people I met were very nice, with positive attitude.
