3 stages. First stage with HR covering culture and values, second stage with colleague and stakeholder covering competencies, final stage with manager and stakeholder lead was a 30-minute presentation of a case study (15 minutes) and a category plan (15 minutes)

Interview
It was three stages; an initial meet and screening with HR, a second interview with my manager & another senior team member which were just questions and a final interview with my manager & two other senior team members and I was given a task to put together a presentation. The process was a good pace and the communication levels were very strong.
