I got selected for the initial recruiter chat/interview. But during the interview found out the position was fully backend when the job description has actually talked about frontend tech stacks more than backend so this really confused me. I didn't go ahead with the process as I don't want to be a fully backend engineer but I imagine this job description will have put off a lot of BE engineers from applying too.

Booring . As a former Lego employee (part time), if the interview calls for it, be sure to bring up your passion for the brand. Themes you like, how you build, a set you desire. Most of your time will be wandering the sales floor answering questions and interacting with customers. I guarantee the manager is looking for someone who knows the stuff on the shelves and is personally invested in it.
