Interview
The process is straightforward and easy to follow, with clear communication and quick responses from the team. The people are approachable and professional, making the experience enjoyable. The art test is reasonable, well-structured, and not overly demanding, ensuring it's both a challenge and a fair assessment of skills.
I applied for element design intern in Billind, I completed an online application which included cv, cover letter and portfolio, followed by one-way interview, which would then lead to a live interview and possibly another panel interview
11 on-demand interview questions, required to record my answer and submit it. Some of the question had only 1 chance of recording while others 2 chances, and some where 1 minute long, while others 2 minutes long. Also, we had to prepare a creative homework which we were supposed to show to present ourselves in one of the questions
