I was referred into Lego by a friend of a employee who put me in direct touch with a senior person in talent acquisition. A video call was set up and call took place. I followed up with email immediately but still having no feedback after 2 weeks, i reached out again. I received a apology from the person and they added that she always gives direct feedback for interviews and that she would come back straight away. Another 3 weeks have gone by and still nothing. Very poor form - especially as this was a referral - and as a Head of TA myself and leader of people, this is the kind of experience, I teach my teams not to give.
