The recruiter seemed surprised—and a bit condescending—when I stated my asking salary, even though it was below the market rate, simply because it was still 20% higher than my current salary. Meanwhile, I was also interviewing elsewhere and ultimately received a significantly higher offer.

Interview
First round was a 30‑minute interview with an internal talent recruiter. It was quite informal and pleasant. Second round was a 60‑minute technical skill‑based interview with the hiring director and a manager. This round was the most intense. Best advice is to read the job ad and link your skills closely to each area.
Third round was a case; you get to present to the hiring manager and a board of team members, followed by a discussion. This round was pleasant and personal, and you get feedback and questions along the way.
The overall process was long and time consuming. I recommend watching all the videos they link you to for best practices you can use.

Took quite long for them to get back with an interview opportunity. Think mostly referred to get in, otherwise no chance of joining. Overall an interesting experience with the Lego Group
