The interview was conducted by Technical Operations Manager. It went well and as expected, without any occurrence. It lasted nearly an hour, including a formal and informal discussion about the job and my perspective as an employee of Encompass. It was straight forward with regular interview questions and various transmission scenarios. There was no surprise questions or task. But, things may depends on experience and level of entry.
