I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at theITSupportCenter in Mar 2023
Interview
Very minimal and rushed. No depth to interview. My interviewer sounded like a robot that was reading a script. Asked same questions throughout the interview process. Very annoying phone call

Question 1
What Windows applications or administrative environments do you have experience with?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at theITSupportCenter in Apr 2025
Interview
once I passed whatever hoop to get past the initial screening I had to take a mutli-part technical test online, which was fine. The first video interview itself was fine, but appearently ITSC operates on an employee pay model that is contrary to the Fair Labor Standards Act. It was mentioned that initial training with be approx 8-10 days and will be unpaid (illegal), and that as hourly employees on a support team not dedicated to one client, I would only get paid for time actively spent with clients at the full rate of 30.50 per hour, and time spent doing research for a client issue is paid as 75% that rate ( legally suspicious at best ) or if time is spent during an allotted shift with no productivity, even if not by the fault of the employee, they aren't compensated whatsoever ( highly illegal ). As long as people keep agreeing to work for ITSC, they will keep doing illegal things until the Dept of Labor comes after them. The gentleman i spoke to throughout the interview said that this compensation is justified by "weeding out lazy people".
