Interview
What happened in my case is, One person from ti technologies called me and scheduled a face to face interview(Evening 6 pm). I reached there around 5.55 pm and waited on visiting area around 45 minutes. After that one person directed me in to a closed room and asked me some general questions, not any technical questions. At the end of this session, he informed me that they will send some php test through email. I waited around one week for this test. Nothing came. Finally I decided to call them, one guy answered me that I need to send email. I emailed and waited another one week. No response. Again i called them around two or three times. After that they send a PHP test through email. Do you know what was that test ?
Develop a Chat application (TOO SIMPLE right ?).
According to company personal, this test is for evaluating candidates coding skills!.
However I have sent a chat application script within one days. But till this time I didn't receive a response as positive or negative.
Why i am spending this much time for writing this review is, New job seekers must know this is how some companies treating interview candidates.
