The initial screening was conducted online and went fairly well. I was then assigned an assessment task, which involved building a comprehensive landing page from scratch. I dedicated two sleepless nights to complete it, putting in significant effort while managing a full-time job.
Next was the final on-site interview with Mr. Zia. Upon arrival, I informed the reception staff that I was there for my scheduled interview. However, even after waiting for about an hour, there was no coordination from the HR team. Eventually, a representative from HR appeared and seemed surprised to see me, unaware that I had an interview scheduled. This lack of organization was disappointing, especially considering the interview had been formally arranged. Despite this, my conversation with Mr. Zia went well, and I felt confident about my performance, particularly because I had completed the assessment task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
However, after the interview, I received no follow-up. Days turned into weeks, and despite multiple emails and messages, including reaching out on LinkedIn, I did not receive any response or feedback. Being completely ghosted after investing so much time and effort was extremely disappointing.
Overall, the experience reflected poorly in terms of communication, organization, and respect for candidates’ time and effort. I would not recommend this interview process.
