The first stage interview was a 90 minute Zoom call with the Hiring Manger and Head of HR. It was pretty stressful as I hadn't even spoken to anyone from the company before that so it felt you were doing a lot of prep for a company you didn't know too much about. It went really well and they were both incredibly nice. Second round was a face to face interview with one of the Directors. In the end I didn't take the role as I felt it wasn't quite what I was looking for but I was really impressed by the team and how welcoming they all were.
