Overall, the interview process at Tonneson + Co was great. I applied to T+Co as a co-op intern through Merrimack College's advantage website and was responded to in the course of about a week or so. I met with a Shareholder as well as an associate for my interview. Both had reviewed all of my information before meeting them and aware of my past education and work history. Each took the time to reread my resume with me to make sure no information was missed and also asked questions about a few items on the resume including an explanation as to why I chose accounting. After completely my co-op, I was approached with an associate position by another Shareholder, whom was also very aware of my educational background, work history and future goals. Overall, great experience! Happy to be working for such a great company!
