I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at tras100d (Lima, Lima Region) in Sept 2022
Interview
The process consisted of 3 interviews: first the 2 directors, lastly the CEO. All of them very nice, they want you to be comfortable so that they can assess you better. One of the directors asked typical HR questions (ie: provide an example of a time you have worked under pressure, etc.), while the other asked about specific experience (do you have any experience leading workshops?). The CEO talked about the type of projects they have (public and private sector clients, most of them on development) and stressed what is important to them (clients satisfaction, timely delivery of products, commitment, efficiency). Each interview lasted less than an hour.

Question 1
It is important for us to be flexible, since the projects are so diverse. Did you face anything similar in your previous jobs, where you had to jump from one topic to another?
