The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at uCertify (Noida)
Interview
The selection process was quite lengthy - starting with telephonic round, then technical interview, first hr round, iq and grammar test, technical test, comprehension, error detection test, final interview. Basically it was quite easy. This company seems nice but they’ll ask you for original marksheet to be submitted along with 1 L bond for 2 years. If you’re planning to join the company do your research if you want to submit your original marksheets because those are very important and you can refer to Commission of Labor that it is not legal for companies to ask for your original marksheets except for some special cases. In case you refuse to join, they might yell at you.

Interview
UCertify has come to my college(Dr. VSICS) to recruit for the post technical content writer and Technical Content Editor, there was no transparency for the selection of students, we have given online aptitude exam on their website after completion we didn't get to know our score and they just call out the names of the selected students. Now come to the Partiality where I felt, the students who have recently cleared there bank PO exam, clerk exam whose aptitude is far amazing than the people shortlisted by UCertify.
According to UCertify, those candidates were not able to crack their easy exams, they shortlisted the people who actually can not solve the simple calculations, English is also not good of those candidates, I think they should keep transparency in their hiring process. I am one of those students, I know I have done every question right still I got rejected from the aptitude round, this is not acceptable by the many of the candidates.
