Interview
Found the job posted on indeed (or similar site), emailed, and the boss asked me to come in the next day for an interview. I had to provide two writing samples, and it was very clear from the interview that he hadn't read either of them. We spoke for probably 20 minutes and then he asked me to come in the next day for a test run. During that following day, he offered me a part-time job.
