Very organized, opportunity to present your best skill set to obtain desired position. Never felt pressured to not say anything that wasn't needed and also learned a lot about what the company offers during the interview.

Did brief phone interview and scheduled in person interview.
Interview lasted about 30 mins.
Met with the HR recruiter and then one of the CSR bosses.
Questions were easy and interview was laid back.

Interview
The interview process was very relaxed. The interviewer took time to be engaged and asked follow up questions that pertained to the subject. Before the actual interview, we went through a mini presentation on what van Wagenen is and entails. After, we were all taken to 1 on 1 interviews and called back within a week. After receiving the call back, we were sent an email that had all the forms and the drug test details for the job. Overall the interview process was quite fluid.
