First step HR reached out to me and talked about the position, short call to check if opinions match.
Step 2, coding challenge. 3 problems using a programming language of choice. All in all about 60 minutes with discussions. A very nice and healthy discussion around coding.
Step 3, interview with CTO. Very brief conversation about the position or around my CV. Continuous reminder about a scale up company and the need to work over time, hints that working way past working hours and being available till 20:00 or later will be appreciated.
Step 4, negative feedback from HR citing lack of knowledge on topics never questioned about during the entire process.
