I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at wefox (Berlin) in Dec 2022
Interview
I applied for a role at this company and after a long and successful hiring process where I had to involve former colleagues to complete a requested 30-minute long survey about me and my skills, I was called by the recruiter that told me they changed their mind and didn't hire anymore for that role in the country related to the job description. I had to accept to be hired in another country or "no job, you know?". So I contacted them back to say it was ok and thus they MADE ME an offer via phone. Then I was ghosted for 2 weeks while I was waiting for the offer in writing. Eventually, the recruiter called me to tell me they have changed their mind again and so no offer anymore. Bye bye. And that has been my Christmas gift. Not even any apologies or anything else. Just that. So if you apply for this job you are going to cross a path of stress and humiliation since it's pretty clear this company has no ethical standard (at least, towards job candidates). I highly recommend **NOT** applying here unless you are searching for trouble.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at wefox (Barcelona) in Aug 2020
Interview
It was a short process with 3 interviews: HHRR, devops and product teams. A chat with different stakeholders to discuss about my experience and details about the company. No online tests or extra assignments were needed. Laura, the recruiter from Wefox followed me during the whole process.

Question 1
Questions about my past experience and technical questions based on the specs of the role: Terraform, Kubernetes, etc. mainly.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at wefox (Barcelona) in Aug 2020
Interview
A series of interviews spanning a two weeks or more.
In my case it was with, in order: HR, Technical team, Infrastructure VP and CTO.
Nothing bad about the process, but can stretch for some time and leaves some feeling that you are repeatiung yourself every time, just to different audiences.
After getting to the end of the process I was told that they would go with another candidate that seemed a better fit than me. I asked for some feedback to understand the issues and possibly improve for future interviews, but the feedback was that, literally they felt the other candidate was a better fit.
While they are free to do that, it's not very useful as a feedback and feels the positions are offered rather subjectively.
To this day they are still looking to fill that position and keep posting offers for that very same position on most job boards, and they have contacted some colleagues of mine recently offering the same position to them.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
