Avoid this company - They don't care about your time. They ask you to do technical challenges but never respond. They don't provide feedback, and if you ask, they say you did GREAT but then make you wait

Screening > take home assignment > review exercise > cultural fit with manager Screening by some recruiters that do not now much about the job. Extremely long exercise. Skipped some stuff and everybody was still happy. Review. Most probably with future teammates. They didn't spend much time checking the exercise before coming. Asked superficial questions only. They are not experts, so don't expect complex questions. They do not provide feedback. Cultural fit, just a chat with a manager. No hard questions, just trying to know you as person and previous experiences. Only to find some redflags to block the process. Extremely hard to fail this one.
