We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Technical Lead – Angular to lead frontend development initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality applications.

Role Summary

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing modern web applications using Angular and related technologies. You will provide technical leadership, establish best practices, review code, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA teams, and backend developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Angular applications.
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend solutions.
• Drive frontend standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and backend teams.
• Design and implement reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Develop and maintain Micro Frontend architectures using Angular Native Federation.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Support production deployments and resolve critical issues.

Experience Required

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 8+ years of Angular development experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role.
