Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Corporate Legal Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh law graduates who are passionate about building a career in corporate legal, contracts, and compliance functions within a professional corporate environment.

Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior internships or exposure to corporate legal work will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate contracts and legal documents
• Support day-to-day legal and compliance activities
• Conduct legal research and maintain legal records/documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for contract follow-ups and documentation processes
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Organize and maintain legal files and documentation systematically
• Support the legal team in handling multiple assignments within deadlines

Requirements

• LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. graduates only
• Freshers are preferred (0–1 year of experience)
• Basic understanding of corporate contracts and legal documentation
• Prior internship experience in corporate/legal firms will be an added advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a corporate legal environment
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
