• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage daily construction activities at site
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors
• Monitor material consumption and manage site inventory
• Maintain quality control and conduct routine inspections
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports
• Assist in measurements, billing, and documentation Identify and resolve on-site technical challenges

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of relevant experience
• Skills & Competencies
• Understanding of drawings and BOQs
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines
