Job Profile:

The candidate must have Experience of 18–20 years, Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering, PMP Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage construction projects & Landscape from initiation to completion.

·Oversee planning, execution, and delivery within
timelines and budgets.

·Coordinate with architects, engineers,
contractors, and stakeholders.

·Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and
regulatory standards.

·Drive team performance and foster a
collaborative work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· 18–20 years of proven experience in managing small-mid scale construction projects.

·Strong leadership and team management skills.

·Result-oriented with a track record of
successful project delivery.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and
problem-solving abilities.

·Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to
dynamic environments.
