Job Title: Customer Support & Sales

Location: Adyar, Chennai

Work Days: 6 Days

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication professionally and provide clear information about company services and processes.
• Manage inbound customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and regular follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM records, customer databases, and follow-up details accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and support operations.
• Support day-to-day administrative activities including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Keep customer records and operational updates organized on a regular basis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, Front Office, or Client Coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling customer interactions and follow-ups daily.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Professional, customer-focused, and proactive approach.
