To ensure the intern adds immediate value while building a concrete skill set, their learning objectives and execution goals are divided into three distinct phases:
Month 1: Platform Architecture & Organic ContentDays 1-30
Skill: Platform Optimization Learning to configure and optimize business profiles across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for maximum search visibility and professional presentation.
Skill: Native Content Creation Mastering platform-specific formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, LinkedIn document carousels) and understanding the technical requirements (aspect ratios, video lengths) for each network.
Skill: Social Copywriting Crafting high-engagement captions, utilizing strong hooks, and learning how to adapt the brand's tone of voice for different audiences (e.g., local homeowners vs. B2B retail shops).
Month 2: Community Growth & Algorithm NavigationDays 31-60
Skill: Trend Spotting & Hashtag Strategy Identifying emerging visual trends and mapping relevant hashtags (e.g., sustainable living, solar subsidies, PM Surya Ghar) to increase organic reach.
Skill: Community Management Learning the mechanics of active online engagement—navigating comment threads, handling customer inquiries via DM, and proactively interacting with complementary local businesses to boost visibility.
Skill: Social Listening Monitoring social platforms for brand mentions, competitor activity, and local sentiment around renewable energy to inform future content.
Month 3: Analytics & Paid AmplificationDays 61-90
Skill: Data Analytics & Reporting Extracting and interpreting native analytics (Reach, Impressions, Engagement Rate, Follower Demographics) to understand exactly what type of content drives action and interest.
