Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our products including Chuna Parcel, Plastic Chuna Tubes, Tube Caps, and Filling Machines. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and regional markets
• Promote company products to wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers
• Handle field sales visits and client meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
• Manage online inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART, website, and social media
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and quotations
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for order fulfillment
• Follow up on payments and maintain sales records

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Ability to handle fieldwork and travel
• Familiarity with B2B sales (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales/marketing (preferred in industrial or packaging products)
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
